Loyalist Meeting(s) July 19th/20th

The newsletter editor must be short a few braincells because the meetings are listed as Wed/Thur. :nana: In reality they are TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY.

Tuesday, July 19th
7:00 PM
RSL Office
515 S. 700 East suite 2R
Salt Lake City

and/or

Wednesday, July 20th
7:00 PM
The residence located at...
1656 N. 980 West
Orem

Both meetings will cover same agenda items. Two meetings being held to be more inclusive of people with different schedules and gas budgets.

Email agenda items before Friday July 15th to:
To get a headcount, RSVP to:
Remember to include which night(s) you will be attending when you RSVP. If you don't RSVP, you're still welcome, but it will be very helpful for us to have an idea of numbers. Thanks.

(So far, only one RSVP... come on, folks!)

The lack of RSVP's shouldn't be viewed as a lack of interest. Weeknights may be difficult for most of us to get away from the house, unfortunately. Me included. Can I RSVP in spirit? I'll be there in spirit, and some of my ideas will be there in proxy. If I end up coming, it would most likely have to be a spur of the moment thing.

During the preseason we had a similar response when we tried a Saturday meeting.

Often we posted two dates and asked people which would be better then went with the majority. This time I thought why not do both.

Would a weeknight AND a Saturday pair of meetings work for people in the future?

I'm good either way, but I know of a few people that can only come on weekends.

I can't speak for everyone, but a Saturday (day) meeting would likely work better for me, and I think Snarf's in the same boat.

I just talked to Glenn about moving one of the meetings to Saturday, but it doesn't look like it'll work. So we'll keep that on the back burner for next time we schedule a meeting and/or meetings.
