Not trying to give anyone a complex. Everyone can post where-ever they want.
But I will point out that Neil is a Loyalist and a nice guy. So stay here.
Although BS ain't so bad.

Is there really a Nordstrom's sale this week, Nessie?

Um, yes!

I looked at the book after every goal on Saturday to make myself feel better.

I've felt the same way you feel, Snarf. It's hard for me to not check messages here every day, but I feel like I'm neglecting my family and work. I was up until midnight studying because I was spending time here instead of spending time reading. The two times I've tried to ban myself was due in part to feeling like I was spending too much time here, but also due in part to the drama that was going on on the board. I really don't care what people do with their spare time. If they want to post all day long, more power to them. Anyhow, I'm going to be cleaning my house until 5 pm today then I have school from 6 to 10. Maybe I'll post from school. 🙂

I think a lot of the problems that happened with RCB guys arose because many people think that the forum IS the Loyalists. Which I think couldn't be less true. Do you see Loyal1 with a post in every thread? Or Lucky13? Or Dysko? and so on. The forum just has people who like forums on it. Not even 15% of the Loyalists hit this site on a daily or probably even weekly basis.

I've found recently that I spend too much time on the forum, and it has detrimental effects on other parts of my life. I'm considering only checking the forum once a week. There's so much work that I don't get done because I'd rather be blabbering about nothing of consequence here. If I start becoming hard to get ahold of here, don't think that I hate you or ignore you. I'm just easing off a little. I think my wife and kids are more important to me after all.

Well, now I've gone and done it; I cut my finger on an the castor on an old couch we were getting rid of and now I can barely type and I'm afraid to do too much cleaning in fear of infecting it. I guess I'll have to have MomOf8 transcribe for me since my typing speed went from 60 WPM to about 10 WPM.

I hope she helps you since you might go into some sort of withdrawal!

Is it better or worse for me that I am usually playing Civ III at the same time that I am on the forum?

It should be HIM helping ME out more instead of spending so much freakin' time here :pissed: THEN...when I actually mention I need help from him, he gets upset and short with me if he's in the middle of posting or something on this forum.

Other than that, he is a good dad. I just have a gripe with how much time he spends on his computer. I don't get after him too much, because he needs to be on the computer for school.
