Metros sighting at the airport

My friend, who works for an airline, was flying out of SLC last night and happened to be going through security the same time as the Metrostars.

A sampling of the text messages she was sending me from her Blackberry:

"They don't seem to like each other. They're all sitting alone doing their own thing. There's a ton of them."

"They're all acting cool, like they're big stars... maybe they are, but no one here seems impressed. Go rsl!"

I asked her if they seemed pissed off and she said yes. I told her to go ask them how they did, but I don't think she did... :signdaddy

That is great. I would imagine they would be a bit upset after getting outplayed last night.

Well according to MLSnet, they dominated.

I noticed a stretcher going into their locker room last night after the game. I wonder if a fight broke out in the locker room.

A player collapsed... from the heat and altitude. Lisi (or Leichy) I think.
That is why they stopped the fireworks, so they could take him to the hospital.

The turf monster claims its first victim.

Here is the other thread about it.

If I'd known about the stretcher business last night (I didn't stay for the fireworks), I would have told her to go ask if he was okay.
