Who's looking good in the NFL this year? Who's going to win the Super Bowl? What can we expect to see? What might be a surprise?

Here are my predictions:
-----------------------

I say that the 49ers wont be last in the NFC again this year and that Alex Smith will help pull them to a respectable 8-8 record.

Bill Parcels will get into an ego war with Jerry Jones and Emmit Smith will come in to coach the Cowboys taking them to a 10-6 record. (I hate the cowboys, why did I write that?)

New England will go 19-0 this season winning their forth Super Bowl in five years.

What can we expect to see?
----------------------------

John Madden will still be measuring players butt sweat and will put Brett Farve up on the horse trailer.

Al Michaels will have a Shakspearian aside where he asks himself, "who let this bozo (Madden) work at ABC?"

Surprises we can expect?
-----------------------

Alex Smith gets the record for best passing efficiency of a rookie quarterback.

Alex Smith will be the leading rusher on the 49ers.

Terrell Owens will hold out on his contract until we're already in the 8th week of the season.

Someone will have a computer stashed underneeth the team bench and will get online in an AOL chatroom to tell all his friends that he just scored a touchdown. The NFL will fine him $500 Million and suspend him for 2 games for unsportsmanlike conduct.

The Dolphins will win the Super Bowl, just like I predict every year.

Sorry guys, I can't contain my sports geekhood to only one game. I have been a Dolphins fan since before I knew the beatiful game existed.

Now you're talking. Though, it is kind of hard to be a Niner fan of late. Where are the DeBartolos when you need them?

I am excited to see what the Vikings will do with out Moss. Don't get me wrong, the guy is one of the best, but they will do so much better with out him. :headspin:
