How about a Join the Loyalists day?
Hey Glenn,

Can we have a "Join the Loyalists" day? Would the front office support this? :

People are encouraged to come stand in E32 no matter where their normal season tickets/tickets are.

We hand out copies of the chants with numbers and then have number signs at the bottom for people to see.

We have a booth at Carnival Real with info about the Loyalists, chant sheets, Loyalist shirts for people who join that day, etc.

If we got it in the RSL weekly newsletter, people could come expecting it.

I just thought it'd be cool to have one day for people to experience the Loyalists thing. I think we'd get a ton of converts. I wouldnt' be surprised if we doubled our numbers that way. Oh and (to speak Glenn's language...) it would really help the in-stadium, game day experience to have all those people learning the chants and overcoming their quiet tendencies!

One thing people are forgetting about the July 4 and 23 matches...the fireworks. If the stadium sells out it will be difficult to ask others to squuze into that area, just like the WCQ.

Yeah, probably not July 4th - maybe the 23rd.

I was able to get tickets for July 23rd on Row 3, so it's not sold out.

I think it's a GREAT idea and I know it will make numbers go up because I went to one game and was hooked. I even ended up getting season tickets after that. I'm all for it but I say wait til after all the fireworks.
