Ticket Delivery Problems

As some of you know, I'm a season ticket holder but split the tickets and cost with a friend of mine. He has tickets for the June 22 match vs. L.A. I went to utahtickets.com and bought a pair of tickets on Wednesday, June 15. I was expecting them to come today (Saturday), but the mail has come and gone and there were no tickets. I normally would not be concerned, but I found out that the post office has been returning letters addressed to me for some unknown reason. I almost paid the $25 FedEx fee, but didn't see a point since they were only going from the U of U to West Valley. I have two questions about this:

1. How long does it normally take from the placement of an order to the receipt of an order?

2. If I don't get my tickets before the game, can I go to will call and show them a printout of the email they sent me and get duplicate tickets if I show them my I.D. and credit card I ordered with?

If anybody can help me out with this, I appreciate it. I should also mention that I wrote to UtahTickets.com's customer service but I haven't received a reply.

I wish you would have said something sooner.
I have two tix for that match that I cannot use.
In the Loyalist section.

I suppose I will say that I still have them if anyone needs them.
Face value($18 ea) for them no service charge.

My wife bought tickets to the game yesterday morning and they were sent by USPS. They came today. I was surprised to see them so early. Would you like a number to the guy who she bought them from??? He gave us his direct line. PM me...
