Utah County Watch Party--June 18th

I'm planning to do a big watch party this week with dinner and socializing before the game, maybe starting around 6:30 or 7:00. I'm going to be making some chicken enchiladas with a sour cream sauce; I got a lot of good feedback on this recipe last time I made it so I wanted to try it out again. Other food will hopefully be brought by others who come.

I'd like to get a count on who's interested early in the week so I can make sure we have a venue large enough (we're going to keep this at somebody's house rather than a restaurant (obviously (somewhere in Orem most likely))) and enough food to go around. Please PM me if you'd like to come. (You don't HAVE to be a UCite to come, but these little gatherings at private residences ARE no alcohol, no drugs, no raving, no nudity, well.. you get the idea. No alcohol at these little gatherings, so I know they're not for everybody.)

We've had a lot of fun at our past watch parties so if you're in the valley and you don't mind a "dry" party (with great food, though, and it's free....) please PM or email through the link on this site. (Don't want to throw my email address up because I'm a spamaphobic.)

Looks like we'll have about 15-20 people at the UCers Extravaganza. I just spent $(way too much) at Maceys to buy food and stuff. Yesterday my husband and I went to Partyland and bought cheesy little soccer decorations, and the best of all...

That's right, sports fans...

A pinata! It isn't goat-shaped (boohoo) but it's person-shaped so I think we'll make a SJ jersey for him out of crepe paper and let the poor pinata symbolize the team. :D Anybody else who wants to come to the UC just for this one watch party, let me know! I think we'll have plenty of food....
