You know, I just realized Landon looks a lot like speed racer. I only noticed because it's the shirt he's wearing. I have to say, I have a hard time picking out who's who when they aren't in uniform. I guess they like the ambiguity too. Try that out with 7 foot tall basketball players.

I will tell you... when they were walking up to the hotel it was all i could do to not scream like a beatles groupie!!! LOL
Seriously it seemed pretty surreal! Obvious reality with a hint of detached disbelief.... it was great

I'm sure it would have brought a tear or two to my eye. That is another reason I wear the shades to sporting events. :o

A cool story... well it was cool to me...

I was driving up 300 south today on my way to RES for practice and was waved at by a guy in a red shirt. I waved and went passed... thinking the guy was just being overly friendly. I looked in the mirror and suddenly recognised the guy standing next to him, and stopped rather quickly.

I got out of my car and asked if they were lost they said yes.
They said they were trying to get to the Stadium. Of course I already knew that cos it was Bruce Arena and two of his assistants walking to RES from their Hotel and they got lost.

Of course I would have offered them a lift but the Jolly Green Munchkin was full of weekend gear... so i pointed them inthe right direction. The guy that tried to wave me down noticed my autographed RSL hat and asked me if I worked for them. I had to just say I was a fan. but Bruce asked if I was going to be at the match tomorrow I said "yes sir, in the Loyalist section" he said that he looks forward to seeing us all!

Yea!!! Tomorrow is going to be soooooooo rad!

Bruce Arena was very nice
