I was hoping they would still be pissed about the game.

The Best I can decypher from the press release is that there will be a 10am practice at BYU South Field on Thursday.

Friday 4pm-6pm practice @ RES for USA and 6:30-8:30 for Costa Rica.

It says Media Only, but I am unsure how strict they will be on that.

More info to come.

OK another installment of "who is that guy?"

Does anyone know who this is?

I joined a while ago, but have mostly just remained in the corners of this board. Thought I'd come out of that shell to win this installment of, "who is that guy?"

That guy is Steven Akwari, Nelson's brother, who was in town.

I wonder about that. He sure looks like him.

Yeah. Once you take a look at him, he really, really looks like his brother--just a little extra weight!

At the end of the wind sprints, Steven Akwari was really struggling to finish. :o

Anyone know why they didn't practice at RES today? I would think they would try to get on that field as much as possible.

That is really quite funny cos we were saying how we had initially confused him with Nelson Akwari, but then realized Nelson was not nearly as thick in the legs as he was. Thanks for the answer.

Update to the USMNT practice schedule.

Thursday 10 am open to media.
Friday 4pm CLOSED to all. Media allowed only in the last fifteen minutes of practice.

Juliana were you able to get in at any point during the media only practice at 4pm today?

From what I understand, they actually want to stay off the field as much as possible. Hopefully it will be well-groomed by Saturday, but I'm doubting more and more.
