A few days ago I did a poll to find out who everyone's least favorite player was. Now I want to find out who everyone's favorite player is. It can be anyone MLS or otherwise, but it can't be a current or former RSL player.

I have several, but if I were to have to list my favorite it would have to be Doctor Khumalo from South Africa. He played for the Kaiser Chiefs in SA as well as the South African National side back in the early 90's.

I voted for Pele because I saw him play in the NASL. He was way over age, but he was still awesome. I can only imagine what he was like when he was actually at his peak!

Non - RSL players... or are you thinking of Pope in his DC United days? Are you secretly a DC Fanboy? 😲 just kidding. I would have put Pope but I'm doing a write in campaign for the playing abilities of Carlos Valderrama's hair. I think it scored a couple goals just by distraction.

I voted for Pele, but current player (non-RSL) would have to go to Landon Donovan.
