What game prompted the change where "goal keepers were not allowed to move during a penalty kick" and what year was it?

Wow, what an excellent question. I know the year was 1929, but I don't know why. In 1905 they restricted keepers to moving back and forth along the line.

Close enough. I found on a site it was the 1921-22 FA Cup final which prompted them to make the rule that the keeper can't move. I was going to change it the question to a more general one today, since no one had answered. I'll pass the torch and the rep... next question.

In what way were James Kendis, James Brockman, and Nat Vincent important to West Ham United?
