What digital camera will you be using? That's a pretty big jump. My old man is a decent photographer and when he went digital, he initially thought that he would be using both mediums. However, it's been nothing but digital for him. His old 35 mm has been gathering dust since the day he purchased the digital camera. Good luck with the switch!

I will be using a Canon EOS 20D to use as a main camera for the matches. I will continue to use my EOS 1N as a backup camera.
I also purchased a canon EF 100-400mm Image Stabilized lens, that actually cost more than the camera but for the shots I want I think it is a good investment.

Does anyone remember this thread? I'd have to put this thread on my list of most memorable moments in RSL history. It's the day where I did maybe about 15 minutes of real work at my job and spend the rest of the day laughing so hard I was crying.

You had to go and remind me about that unfortunate package checking incident didn't you!?
I am scarred for life....

LOL

This was a great thread... alas the lil snitch catcher is rarely in the news anymore so we have little use for this thread until next time he shows his face in town.

Oddly enough, I re-discovered Deuce's smugmug site with all of the WCQ-related photos, including the infamous Lannycakes shots... :gay:
